Haven't had a lucid dream in 3 years, and I'm looking to get back into it.
Controlling my feelings for too long,
Forcing our darkest souls to unfold,
Pushing us into self destruction.
They make me dream.... Make me dream, your dreams.
They make me scream.... Make me scream, and scream.

yeah I think it's much easier to learn to LD from a young age- then again it's easier to learn almost anything from a young age. I'm sure it's possible to learn later- I had my first LD this year and I'm 20. I think it could be something different- I think old people might have a few LD's here and there, but since the older one person is then the less connected and informed of new technologies he is as well- if a 70 year old woman suddenly had an LD do you think she'd google it? she'd probably tell a few of her friends and they'd have a nurse prescribe her some medication or tell her to pray or something |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]
10-15min LD [ X] Article: A day in the life of an LD-er
the "Mind V.S. Body" Induction technique
Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress
I am 51 years old, occasionally lucid dreams, and last night experienced my first lucid dream since joining this forum. It is a matter of putting DILD and WILD, Reality Checking, etc, techniques into practice. If one's short term memory recall is still functioning, I believe it is possible to learn - including lucid dreaming skills. |

The older you get the less REM sleep you tend to have. |
