      sleep paralysis

i have not yet practised any LD methods however LD has been on my mind over last few days, and i understand it can be a starting point. last night i woke up ,i experienced sleep paralysis 3 times, i could not move and i felt a powerful wave through my body. i didn't LD, but i had a vivid dream. i'm not sure if it was connected with the SP. any thoughts?

Well, if you make it to sleep paralysis, an LD is generally not far off. My advice is to try to will yourself into a dream. Admittedly, I've never willed myself all the way, but I've gotten the feeling that I was close.

      Hope this helps...
