Just realized how behind I am.

I decided to take up Lucid Dreaming as a hobby again, and after not doing it for about 6 months, I tried to remember my dream last night, and COULD NOT do it. I just realized how much work I have to do to achieve that wonderful state of mind again.
You do this every fucking time.
      No sweat.
      No tears.
      No guilt.
You do this every fucking time.

I know how you feel. I started in May, and have not done it since LATE august. school has gotten in the way so much, and i really am going to make an effort to get back into the habit. lucid dreaming is too good of an ability to just throw away

Yep, Starting Lding again sure does suck. I'm building my recall back up now, you just gotta remind yourself to write down the smallest thing. Like even if all that you remember is that there was something blue in the dream, write it down and your recall will improve eventually. and waking up in the middle of an REM period and all those techniques.

btw nice quote, 1408 was a great movie!
