Sounds like it to me. |

Whenever i attempt a WILD I get to the point where my body goes numb. My heart rate increases, my breathing slows, i go numb, etc. I saw light patterns and heard noises on two occasions, but the numbness is what always seems to occur, its what I can always count on to occur. Is this the transition stage? |

Sounds like it to me. |

Its complicated. Most people confuse this stage with sleep paralysis. When really it is only a very deep state of relaxation. I can reach this stage any time i lay down. I feel almost like im floating, weightless even. Sleep paralysis on the other hand, once it sets in is an intense tingling or vibration over your whole body. I have reached SP twice. I believe that is the final transition. Dont take my word for it though. |

Yes, thats what i think it is, too. One night i suddenly woke up and was in what i think is the SP stage, needless to say it scared the hell out of me because i didn't know what was going on lol. That deep state of relaxation is about as far as i can get. Every time i have a lucid dream it is by accident. Ive been practicing WILD diligently as of late and i believe i am slowly making progress, though. |

Good. That is definitely SP. |

I can get to the point where it feels like im spinning, feels like it is no gravity so its no up or down and i feel like i shake and have energypulses trough my body and my head gets fucking hot. Last night when it happened i felt people licking my hair, but i ignored it and didnot get into a LD:S |
|
Felt like someone licked or stroked my hair or something, the wierd thing is that when the energypulses and that goes on i actually CAN move or open my eyes, but then it all stop. But i use to get a little freaked out because my head get so hot that i think im passing out or something |

Last night i got about 4 hours of sleep and woke up to attempt a WILD. I started out by concentrating on my breathing, but that wasn't working. Instead i decided that i would just go to sleep and focus on the hypnogogic imagery as it formed. What happened next is somewhat hazy, but i recall experiencing vibrations and a slight pain in the back of my head. This went on for a few moments. Next i remember seeing my mind leave my body and start to float all around my room! I was floating around the room for a few moments until i wound up back in my original body (which i remember seeing on my bed). Is this the transition stage? lol...I didn't end up in a dream though, unless me floating around was the dream? I had lucid dreams the last two days, but none of them were induced, i just happened to realize I was dreaming. |

Things are complicated with me. Sometimes I DEILD and it feels like I'm in a maze of energy touching my body all around... And sometimes it just feels black, empty, infinity... like suddenly I had forgotten everythign I was thinking till that very moment... It's weird xD |

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
I think when one gets SP there are no doubts, I mean, the feeling is quite the weird thing; so if you got there you'll be sure. |
