I cant fall asleep for hours usually becuase I find it hard to get in a comfortable position and becuase I seem to need the toilet right after I get into bed, even though I go right before...
The best ways ive found are:
-Do a hard days work (now that im working im knackered at night and fall asleep right away)
-Horlicks
-Try to relax yourself. I imagine myself sinking into a black pillowy void, getting more and more sleepy as I do.
-Turn you pillow over when it gets warm, gotta love that cool side of the pillow.
