      Pee-Breaks During Night?

I was just wondering if anybody here goes to the washroom in the middle of the night and if it helps them lucid dream??
I've only had ONE lucid dream before and the only thing I did differently that night was get up at midnight and go pee, then hop back to bed.
Maybe when you empty your bladder, your brain has one less thing to worry about and therefore helps enable you to lucid dream?

LMAO! Thanks, Britney is my idol. If I ever have another lucid, my task is going to be to get on that strip platform with her and dance!! I can't even begin to imagine how awesome it would be to be next to Britney Spears in a lucid dream!!

It helps with recall too. I usually record my dreams when I get up during the night.

I almost always get up to pee at night. Usually about 4-3 hours before I have to get up. Makes WILDing so much easier for me. Plus I take to oppertunity to write down any dreams I had. Just quick notes -- takes less than 3 minutes.

I like getting up in the middle of the night. I take a B6 vitamin at that time and sometimes go right off to lucid land.

I ALWAYS wake up in the middle of the night for a comfort break

Purely because I take a pint of water to bed with me and drink it through the night, so naturally I need a release lol.

And in answer to your question, yes I guess it can help with WBTB and increase lucids. Never really thought about that though...

Hmm, I usually have to get up at least once in the middle of the night to go pee, I always thought that waking up like this would decrease the chances of me dreaming, but now that you mention it, the past few weeks, my dream recall has been strong as ever. But usually when I get back to bed, I'm in a state of daze, also freezing my butt off from leaving my heated room, and I immediately doze off. What can I do to make this better?
