I have a problem! I think that if I will try to make a lucid dream I will have a nightmare! It would be great if someone can help me with that! |

It's all in your head. Do not think you're going to have a nightmare every time you try lucid dreaming!. One of the reasons we want to lucid dream is to defeat nightmares. Once you're lucid in a dream, the first thought that should pop into your head is " From this point forward, I'm lucid in my dream, therefore my real body is laying in bed and nothing can hurt me." |

If you get a lucid nightmare just kill the damn thing! If you're lucid, it's alot easier to face whatever you are afraid of. |

Jen was 13 years old. A fairly normal girl. She spent a lot of time online.
One day, she made a new friend. He liked the same bands, worried about the same subjects.
They decided to meet at the local mall. She went. So did he.
Only he wasn't in junior high.
HE WAS A 1500 LB GRIZZLY BEAR.
1 in 5 children online get eaten by wild bears. And you didn't even know bears could type.
Thanks a lot for your help! I think the next time I will be not afraid of nightmares |

One little tip that might help is to think of what you want to do in your LD before you go to sleep. As you're laying in bed, remind yourself a number of times what it is you intend to do once you become lucid. That cuts down on dream-time (not having to think of some idea), and can prevent your mind from wandering in a direction you don't want it to go. |
