well then maybe it is possible? and maybe the meditation has something to do with it. there's alot of talk about visualization; perhaps the visualization while meditating is really just an incubated dream that you could become lucid in? i believe you could be meditating and thinking about what it is you'd like to change and then fall asleep, lucid, and possibly change it. After a few of the things i've read though, it says it shouldn't be attempted by just anyone, you should have experience. It also says that it's gradual and could take a week or more for the effect to appear, given that you've continued your meditation and practice |
