      Question About WILD

Hello, I have 3 questions about the Lucid meathod called WILD.

1: How exactly do you do WILD? Cause I've heard you have to lay perfectly still and keep your mind awake.

2: And, after you enter sleep paralisys. How does that trigger a Lucid Dream?

3: If you dont do the meathod I said in question 1, then how do you do WILD?

      Thanx!

      That... is an awesome avatar.

I'd suggest looking at some WILD tutorials for your answers. There are a lot of different variations of WILD, and you just gotta test them all and figure out which one works best for you. You will run into contradictions, like some will say to keep perfectly still while others will say it's okay to move... but just try them both, and see what works for you.

Lay perfectly still after waking up in the middle of the night. Sleep paralysis doesn't start a lucid dream, that comes before you start to dream. After a while your mind starts it's REM cycle and that is what actually creates the lucid dream.

I usually do WBTB + WILD, this method consists in waking up after several hours of sleep, do an activity such as brushing your teeth and many reality checks, then go back to sleep, lay completely still and don't move a single muscle, ignore hypnagogic imagery, don't expect anything, and don't get excited.

That you're conscious, and you're aware that you're dreaming, doing a reality check is an easy way of becoming aware that you're dreaming.
