      It can be really hard...especially once you start getting that "tunnel vision" and the dream starts to fade out. My suggestion is to quickly pick something up or focus intently on something within the dream until you feel comfortable knowing you won't wake up. Sometimes it's just impossible to stop though.

      Actually, if i remember correctly, I think I was still sleeping, but the dream just ended. After that, I had a dream that I was telling what I think was a therapist (no, I do not actually see one in real life) about the dream... argh...
