i think same as you. i think that a thing in LSD just make the LDing better, i don't remember what substance it was or what it was doing, but almost all other drugs jst made it worse. |

If you become like some ulta-badass-lucid-dream-guru-masta-guy do you reckon it would be possible to control drug induced hallucinogenic trips? I've never tried acid anyway so don't get worried, but that would be a really cool thing to do! |

With regards to Xallie's response, I've heard that an herb called Calea Zacatechichi makes lucid dreaming easier, and dreams overall more vivid. It supposedly tastes horrible (as a tea), but the good thing is that it doesn't affect you much while awake, except for possibly some calming effects. |
|
I'm not sure you understand how lsd works, it doesn't make you hallucinate, and even at high doses, I would still consider the average person lucid, albeit in an altered state. |

There's this one drug called Salvia Divinorum (spelling?) it's legal, and it gives you trips that last 15 minutes, but distort time extremely. People that smoke high doses report having lived the entire lives of other people, day by day for the whole life! |
|
My experience of Salvia is that it basically restarts consciousness--immediately after you get an adequate dose into you, you lose all awareness of who you are, where you are, what are things surrounding you, and even how to move your body. From there, you relearn from scratch until memory starts to return. It's very unique and not particularly pleasant--the only recreational value is in watching others do it. If you're interested, there are dozens of trip reports on Youtube. |

If you have a sense of caring for others, you will manifest a kind of inner strength in spite of your own difficulties and problems. With this strength, your own problems will seem less significant and bothersome to you. By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.Dalai Lama
Oh... well that sucks. |
|
Kind of yes, but I've also heard of people having extensive visualization experiences with their eyes closed, and even eyes open, the alienness of the your surroundings is kind of hallucinatory. But again, it's more a shamanic drug, not of any recreational value--you're not going to do anything on Salvia. There's a reason people aren't doing it every weekend, even though it's legal and readily available most places. |

I've heard that you can take acid in a dream and it will be trippy, but as long as you are thinking that you are "dream high" otherwise it goes away. |

For a short time.. But, drugs taken externally, as opposed to being distributed by the body.. ..can do more harm than good. But, it can also do more good than harm. Just mind the risk. And know that the body is all the "external" "drug" you will ever really need.. |

I know who I am, as I become...
Correct spelling. But, it is not needed to smoke it. Most that smoke it does not know how to do it. And do not really get any of the Salvinorin A in their system. Only the devoted or the lucky ones, knows how. |

Salvia can be a great experience, but at the same time can be very uncomfortable. The perception of a different reality, and multiple layers of reality is common, as is the distortion of time. Then again uncontrollable laughing, or not remembering a thing can also happen. |
|
I have smoked salvia 10x, and it was the most horrible thing i have done in my whole life! |
|
Wow, oscepott! That is horrible! |
|
Well, i dont regret doing it. I think everyone should do it one time a life but not more. |
|
An experience. |

I actually have pretty good experiences on Salvia... There was one time when Windows Media Player was loaded when my room was dark, and you know how it's got swirling colors... well I tripped HARD. The colors slowly came out of the screen, took over my entire field of vision, and I just began to see so many things (and became so many things) inside of these patterns. Stairway to Heaven was playing, and it was a beautiful experience. When I was coming down the amount of euphoria I was feeling after that was amazing. I could have stayed in that state forever. |

Hey everybody. For all those interested in experiencing salvia, please show this plant the respect that it deserves! Salvia is not a party drug, and all honesty is not something I would describe as "fun". It has its uses, and can be great for meditation, but if you or a friend would like to try salvia please read this faq: |

I've done acid and ecstasy on the beaches of spain in a dream once. It was excellent. I remember swimming and feeling waves of euphoria and laying on rocks just seeing amazing colors and swirls and everything. It was quite similar to the real effects of the drugs. Very vivid, too. |

Did you say it felt like YEARS? That sound as scary as anything, forgetting how to think. I rely fully on words and colours to think, I don't even see how it's possible to to think without these... I also have synaesthesia and I don't think I would even be able to hear or read without colours; that just sounds terrible what happened to you... but you said it was a high dose, you wouldn't expect that to happen on just any trip would you? |

I took 3 BIG hits of salvia 10x, i really did not know how to think. It was like i had never existed before and came to this horrible place that i was stuck in for eternity. BUT i forgot to say that it first felt like i was in a coma for like 3 years, then it was like i woke up but i was like a baby so i did not actually know anything and that felt like years but my mind was not at place then, so it felt like seconds in another way. And suddently my mind thinked (Was not really thinking, this was my instincts thinking or something) that i needed to get away or something. And i ran towards the sea, so i almost ran to the sea and could have drowned if my buddy wasnt there. In one way it felt like 20 seconds and in one way it felt like an eternity. |

Trust me though, LSD doesn't make you hallucinate, even though people categorize it as a hallucinogen. It makes you perceive things differently and have visual distortions. Illusions are not the same as hallucinations. Sorry for splitting hairs, if I come off like a jerk, I can't help but be anal. |
