Third one was really short and unstable
Lucid dreaming is just the same as dreaming, but you know you are dreaming. Being "Awake" isn't anything to worry about. So do not worry, you are still asleep. The only times when lucid dreaming can harm your sleep is that if you are too excited, you will wake up. But if you treat your lucid dreams just like a relaxed reality and do not panic or get stressed, you will have a straight forward and sleepfull sleep. |

WILDs are not sleep deprivation - as has been said here, they are normal REM sleep that you happened to go into knowingly, so that you knew from the start that you were dreaming. |

No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.
