      WILD ruins recall???

      Well Recently I have been WILDing(2 to be exact) And I got lucids from them...but every time I have them I can't really remember dreams as much as I used to. last night was even worse...I couldn't remember any dream except my lucid...and I could vaguely remember that.

      How long does it take you to get into the dream? If it takes too long, it may mess up your sleep schedule, which will mess up recall. If you keep doing it, your body will adust, and your recall will return to normal.

      Also, it only happened twice. Don't freak out about it! I'm sure you'll be fine!

      My recall is much stronger when I wild. I think it may depend on how long it takes you to do the wild. For me it takes about 20-30 min so it doesn't mess with my sleep schedule.
