      repetative sp?

well last night i fell asleep at around 11pm and woke up at 2:20 am, i couldn't fall asleep so i was up till 4:20. At 3:30 i was like alright im gonna try to wild now. i layed still on my stomach for about 15 min then out of no were im pretty sure i got SP. than once it was over it got it again and again. the thing is i could control it? i could start and stop it at any time. i gave my self SP (if this was SP) like 8+ times. a couple of the times i moved my hand so the SP went away but i could start it again
my question is was this repetitive sp? or was this something els? it sure felt like sp.

Sleep paralysis can stop and start. I think it's because it's unsure if you are asleep. Just lay still and imagine rolling out of bed, and you'll be dreaming in no time.

Regarding inducing SP: If you can't go from induced SP to a dream, I doubt it's a useful skill. If you can go into a dream from induced SP, congratulations! You've found your own Holy Grail of lucid dreaming!
