Good question maybe. I'm sorry I don't have an answer but would like to know that as well. Perhaps a better question would be..."What can you take and/or do that will help you enter Sleep Paralysis?"
Things are not as they seem

I found that it's easier to WILD if I'm good and tired, almost to the point of exhaustion. I'm not saying sleep deprive yourself but make sure your nice and worn out, sleep for a few hours, wake up for a few minutes and then try to WILD. Or try napping during the day (only if you're really tired too).

I've tried melatonin and b6 and those don't help me much, if any. They seem to work wonders for others though. If you choose to take that path I hope it works out for you.

      Good luck.

      Thank you, Clairity
I did WILD and also I can enter SP and have some HI, it's not hard for me. My problem is that my attention is very focused, always. And it's hard for me to relax my mind and enter LD. When I do WILD, I want to fall asleep, very very much, and always fall asleep for a few seconds before LD. And if I won't fall asleep, very very much, I can't relax my mind. And if an image become realistic and if I don't fall asleep for a few seconds before it, I always waking up
      Also thanks for your answers!

One method my adopter told told me was reverse blinking. Every breath you take open your eyes for a moment. This lets your mind stay awake easier while your body falls asleep. This is called reverse blinking.

      ^Probably
