Hi, I myself wake up after REM...but I have tried using a light to wake up too. U may want to try that....hook up a small spotlight to a dimmer aimed at Ur pillow from a distance and adjust the brightness acordingly that suits U without being too intrusive but at the same time wakes U up nicely. The timing when the light goes off is based on Ur projected REM period onto a plug-in timer. Ur subconcious may be so used to the light going off that it may generate a light to wake U up even when U did not use it...happened to me before. |
