I don't wake up atomatically after REM but the times i've set my alarm in pupose of trying WBTB I notice that I have better recall than if i don't wake up, making me recall like 5 dreams instead of my normal one. I've heard that if u don't wake after REM chances are that u forget the dream u had during that REM.

So my question is, can I somehow train my subconciousness to wake me up after REM? i dont want to use my alarm all the time cause it's loud and a horrible to wake up. so any ideas?
