      I heard that if you like jump off a cliff or something in a dream you could have a heart attack or something... I dont really believe it though

      That is what I tryed, and when I hit the ground, nothing happened, I got up, and played it off. However I guess if you have an unstable heart, this could cause a heart attack.

      I don't even have a clue how somebody could know, since a heart attack would be so sudden. It is not like in a autopsy you can identify what kind of dreams a person has had. It is not like somebody could live to tell the tale anyway. It would be completely theoretical then since you can't really "prove" it from what I know.
