      Question about WILD

When your body goes numb, and you feel really relaxed, are you asleep? If not, is there a certain point where you know you are asleep, but not at REM? I'm just curious.

      Lucid Goals:
      1. Successfully WILD
      2. Increase lucidity, clarity, control, etc.
      3. Change locations/teleport

Thanks, but that reminds me of another question that I was going to ask. How do you know if you can't move (SP) or not if you aren't trying to? I never know if I can move or not, because I am afraid that if I can, I will have to restart my WILD.

      2. Increase lucidity, clarity, control, etc.
      3. Change locations/teleport

Hate to break it to you guys, but just because you get a little numb, or very relaxed, doesnt mean you are in SP. The order of events for WILD usually goes like this.

      1. you lay down start relaxing

      2. you might feel a little numb, and relaxed

      3. you might start seeing some HI and get some wandering thoughts

      4. you get the vibrations (you are not actually vibrations just so you know. The vibrations usually get you very dissorented and you get a falling through your bed feeling, a rollar coaster feeling, or something of that sort. Sometimes you get no feeling. Everyone WILDs different. So you need to watch for your own special cues.

      5. SP/the dream starts.

that is an extremely watered down version of the sequence of events. You are usually cued in that you are about to be in SP or start the dream because step 4. And that step is impossible to miss, unless you feel nothing, but that rarely happens for me so i cant help you there

      anyway good luck to you!
