Thread: i did it!!

First lucid this morning!!!!

ok so heres how it goes.... i woke up this morning sick so no school for evan. So i think to myself " hmm lets go back to bed and try a wbtb" So i fall asleep.
I guess a normal dream started and what I remember from that is this:
Red = dream details
black = me explaining ( not in dream)
green = dream dialogue

My dad and I were chasing this old lady around. She was riding a sheep and we were riding cows. Why i dont know but it was fun. This is all like out in the middle of no where in some mountains or whatever with like a little fenced in field with the old lady's house in the middle. So we finally get her and i guess once we touched her she respawned inside her house. We walked in and my dad started talking to her. I was in the kitchen getting something to drink. I heard a slap and ran in while my dad walked out. I asked her who she was and what had just happened. She said she was the last surviving member of the Clutter family that had been killed in Holcomb, Kansas and my dad had slapped her. So i told her I would kick his ass. Keep in mind I am not lucid by this time yet. So i go to hit him square in the face. I land one good punch right on his jaw...but it felt sooooooo weak like i was being restricted.

Turns out that is my dream sign; weak punches.

After realizing I’m practically throwing monkey crap for punches, i start to wonder if I’m dreaming, so I look at a digital clock.... YEPPPP!!!! some digits are going around in a square pattern and the others are just bouncing. I literally screamed in the dream : " YESSS IM LUCID!!!!!!!!" but I didn’t want to wake myself up so i shut up. Dad dissappeared along with the old lady.
So now this is the fun part… I try to fly and I start floating up through the ceiling. Before I can get through, the scene changes and I’m on my driveway at my real home. I see my dad’s Saab 9-3 turbo and think…

"yea that’s fun but an Evo 8 MR would be better! Lets see if we can spawn one behind me in place of the Saab. “

So nothing happens, Saab is still there. I try again but I close my eyes and spin clockwise very slowly and it works!!! A red Evo is there when I turn around. I decide to leave it alone because there is a SUV at the end of the driveway. Some little girl jumps is walkin around the outside pickin stuff up that had fallin out so I helped her pick it up. Her mom was sitting in the drivers seat so I talked to her.

Me: “ Hi!”
Her: “ hey how’s it goin? Thank you for helping my daughter”
Me:” Yea no problem. I have a question.”
Her: “ Sure go ahead”
Me: “ What are you?”
Her: “ I am a dream character”
Me: “ SWEET!!!! I really am dreaming! Thank you!!”

Well now that I’m 100% sure I’m dreaming, I once again fly off over the forest ( I live on the outskirts of town… really nice out here, very peaceful). This time I want to travel really fast. So I position myself like superman and I just take off. I fly over the shopping center that isn’t too far away and decide to set down there. There I find a few friends of mine. Rachael, Ricky, Elano ( The_Trick_Is) and then there were a bunch of punkass skaters skatin around. So we would enjoy the occasional laugh as they fell. I have nothing against skaters its just the ones that think they are all badass.
Rachael wanted to see me fly again, so I took off at did some loops and stuff then set down again. This is where it all started goin downhill. She dared me to do it on like a boogey bored type thing and I couldn’t.
I told her: “ I must be losing lucidity =(“

I guess I was starting to take up and was losing my powers but was still in the dream until eventually I woke up. Perhaps I should actually get around to making a dream journal now eh? Hehe

Awesome. That's some really good recall too. Nice details. The green is hard on the eyes though. Try dark green for your dream journal.

By the way, how's your girl doing? Is she still getting plagued by those images of the crash?

every once and a while they come back to her. As for her being my girl... idk... think i might be finally over her. still great friends tho!!
