I'm the same way. I barely ever have succefully used one of the techniques. I can try as much as i want but lucid dreams just happen completly unexpected and never on command. |

Lucids happen spontaneously for me
Not a DILD from reality checking or anything, they just happen. In fact, I haven't done an RC since Christmas. I just go to sleep, and if I'm lucky, I'll have a lucid.
Pretty strange though, I don't realise I'm dreaming, I'm just in the dream, aware
There's a good side and a bad side, and I know they kinda contradict each other lol
Good side = I don't need to put in much effort with reality checks or induction techniques, and they just happen
Bad side = I want them to happen more often
All 3 of my LDs happened outta nowhere. My most recent was this morning, I was doing crazy acrobatics on a rooftop haha, but it was short..

I'm the same way. I haven't done reality checks in so long, but I'd like to get in the habit of doing them more often, so I can increase my LD frequency.
...Getting a good night's sleep once in a while might help, too.

i am the same way, but i am lucid in them, they are in fact the only dreams i can recall, except for a few "stray" regular dreams!
great, huh?
this allows me to be lazy w/ techniques, although i would like to learn WILD.
Am I crazy?
