Talking to your subconscious

How do can you talk to your subconscious? Is it like talking in your head but you are talking to someone?

If you try to talk to your subconciousness then it will be like talking to an entirely different person.

Try not to talk but to listen to that little voice/ It is so deep inside that it seems like another person. Its worth listening the the little voice inside you - its your inner guidance. I don't think you can sit down and have coffee chat, or talk with it in that sense. Tee Hee

Wolf_Demon15, I often carry on an internal dialogue in my head but I assume it's with my conscience. I've talked to/made requests of my subconscious but I don't "think" I've ever heard a response (though my request may take place). Man, is there anything your brain can't do? of course not, it's wicked sick! i'm still wondering how we can become aware of ourselves in our dreams, like your really awake in them breathing, eating, kicking, screaming like in RL. The brain is the ultimate virtual reality ride you will ever know. Talking to your subcon must be trippy, maybe tell it strange nonsensicle questions, see what it says then. We are our brains, so really we are all wicked sick.
