I have been tying the HILD method (the hypnosis one), and after the 5th step (which is at the end of putting on weight), I was shivering like CRAZY!! This wasn't because I was scared; I think it had something to do with putting the 'imaginary' weights on. |

HILD stands for hypnosis (I think) you need someone to hypnosize you. There are no other steps than that. Do you mean that you're doing autosuggestion? |

It's where you repeat over and over to your subconscious to do something. It's like self hypnosis, but you don't go under. Someone else has to hypnotize you, by definition you can't hypnotize yourself. |
