Lucid goes bye bye real fast

For the past couple weeks now I've been having a Lucid dream every other day. Sounds great you say? Well it's not because every time I ask myself in a dream "Am I dreaming?" and put my finger through my palm, I go lucid for a few seconts then the world starts to fade and this voice says "Uh oh another lucid dream screwed up, try again next time" and I go back to a normal dream.

This happens every time I go lucid, any tips to stop this and get back to normal Lucid Dreaming?

Next time this happens remember YOU are in control and not that stupid voice, think to yourself no say it out loud, "I am in control,I will not allow this to happen" and mean it,yell it out for even better effects,be confident, think you are all powerfull.Yell out stuff like "AWARENESS NOW" or "LUCIDITY NOW!!" , works for me..liek I said sometimes before, very confident building, yelling

After the first couple of times, it's your expectation that creates it. You just got unlucky at first and had short experiences, but they will lengthen. Make sure you are not getting excited by lucidity and lose focus. You need to stay calm.

i have found that running will increase the duration of a lucid dream a lot...as soon as you question that you are dreaming, start jogging...don't know why it works but i've had lucid dreams that go on and on this way...

Yeah, I have been having this same problem alot lately.

I was on a long break from lucid dreaming practice because of some issues in the real world I was dealing with, but I started getting random short lucid dreams.

I find that if I stand completely still and keepsaying "I am lucid" in the dream, it longends it, but not much, that's just me.
stop trying to dox me. your getting no where.
