Try learning about meditation techniques (zen may be useful for your ambitions), and that will help you clear your mind of thoughts. Its hard, but its rewarding if done well.

I know from experience that by eliminating linguistic thought, it becomes easier to more vividly imagine scenes and events.

Thanks for this information, i'm gonna give meditation a try tonight! Even though meditation is said to only be achieved well by those who have been doing it for years...and yet, i will still try.

Thank you so much Clairity! I can definitly see why i am not getting any recall at all now...It's because i either sleep like 5 hours or i oversleep like 14 hours.
