The best method right now would be constant autosuggestion during the day (reassuring yourself that you will lucid dream when you go to bed), doing reality checks as much as possible (my favorite is plugging my nose and trying to breathe), and maybe mess with some WBTB stuff (wake up after 5 hours or so, stay up just long enough to gain some conciseness, then go back to bed and try to WILD). |
