SapphireGem, lucidity has nothing to do with "control" (meaning that you can be in a lucid dream.. but still not be able to affect any changes). |

I would say that no, it isn't possible. Here's a post I made on this exact topic a few weeks ago. The second part refers to something the OP in that thread mentioned, but it is still relevant to this discussion because I believe this is one of common reasons why beginners are often confused about whether or not they were "really lucid." |
