      Almost lucid.......

      I think i was actually almost lucid i tried it by tricking my mind to think im alseep
      and after a while what happened was strange i had this weird lucid like dream
      where something was trying to pull my body out of my room then i sort of woke up i thought i was still lucid i could have been i looked at my clock i saw weird
      alien chinese symbols then my body felt so tingly i couldnt move i was like wtf
      then it was over

      That was actually a real (very short) lucid by the sounds of it.

      You just need to work on the length a bit more.

      Sounds more like sleep paralysis to me. The trick is to recognize that same sensation, whatever it was, and relax, and try to prolong it, and turn it into a lucid dream.

      Yea, it seems that you were in a lucid dream than got excited about what was happening and woke back up. Just be calm next time

      Remember to stay calm. In my first lucid, all I thought about is what i would do. Never get too overwhelmed. Try a few simple things out, and gradually work your way up to the larger than life feats.

      yes i think i was to exicted because when i saw the weird symbols on my
      alarm clock im like sweet im lucid dreaming then my body felt really tingly and heavy and i woke up

      When you just enter a lucid dream try to act as if everything is normal. Then once you'r sure you'r stabilized in your dream have fun!
