      Talking Hemisync/Fibonacci...etc?

      Hello all!
Been offline awhile; great to see things still fun and active here!

Has anyone used/utilized anything like hemisync with/without their methods to help induce LD's/oob's, etc?

Recently had a friend send me a fibonacci tape he made (not a true hemisync, but tailored after same freq's Monroe Inst used to use in olden days until...) and I decided to give it a try with WBTB method. Due to work, I've not been doing as much LD for last couple of yrs, but taking a long break and am back in the game.
W/o it, not gotten far... decided to give tape a try and suddenly I'm popping out within about 5-10 mins after I return to bed. I'll either pop in and out several times until I gain enough lucidity and then go have fun. I tried it again without the tape (mp3, 30 min loop) and just traveled thru hypnogogic and right into dream.
I think for me, ((LD has always been a challenge, (conscious phasing is easy)), I think the tape helps keep me aware just enough to prevent falling to sleep, and when the freq changes, it also gets my attention. But what I noticed also, is that I am popping out first, and Then I am becoming lucid; which is rare for me. Usually it's the other way around... gain lucidity and then 'crawl' out of my body and go fly, etc.

Just curious if anyone else has tried anything similar. And apologies if this has already been recently discussed

      Happy travels

I've been trying to get results from the I-doser lucidity tracks, but so far haven't had any results. The only reason why I continue to try is because of the claims that it works better the more you try. So far, binaural beats have done nothing for me but make me groggy or fall asleep.

I used to use some hemisync for general meditation and trance induction purposes. I used to love them. I lost all my CDs in the last move.

I recently downloaded a pretty generic track, and I find it just gives me a mad headache. If anyone knows of a good track, let me know.

I have a hard time falling asleep with headphones on, so I haven't tried it for LD induction.

Yeah, the one time I tried using binaural beats I woke up in the middle of the night with a horrible headache and couldn't sleep untill pain tylenol and melatonin kicked in.

But, I was also having wisdom teeth woes, so it may have been completely unrelated.
