My First Time In Sp Sleep

Last night was really cool.I got very close to doing jeff777's WILD technique (and it was my first time entering SP sleep). When I was doing the technique I started itching under my eye.I ignored it and my body instantly was asleep and I herd a strange tingling noise in my ear(everything was completely silent except that).I kept thinking to myself "I'm In SP sleep this is so cool".Sadly I didn't know what to do after I was in SP sleep so I thought about the sinking effect and started doing it.The sinking effect was working and I was beginning to feel like I was skydiving or something. Then my Fun ended when I axedently swallowed and it woke my body up.

how can I stop my body from swallowing evry time I attempt to do this?(it messes me up)

and how do I go from SP sleep to lucid dreaming

You have the same problem I have. I did a WILD last night, and got to just the point where I would pass into Lucidity, but couldn't push it.

To keep from waking up, don't focus on swallowing, and just do it. It should be automatic, and you shouldn't wake up from it. Just be glad you got the good SP, and not the bad stuff. Last night, I got vibrations and my wall was shaking real bad with random images spinning and moving all over, it was quite wierd.

Well, to be honest, I've only successfully WILD'd one time, and it happened so quick I didn't even have time to do anything, I was just laying there, and was just pulled right into the dream.

However, I think the best bet, is when you get the tingly sensation, keep yourself relaxed. Try your hardest not to move, but focus on your breathing. You should feel yourself get more relaxed, and the sensations should change/get more vivid, and when you get to the part where you start seeing the Hypnogogic Imagery, don't actually focus on it. Just observe it like you were a movie, and your mind should piece it together into a dream for you, and after a little bit (could be seconds/minutes, to 20 minutes, depends on the person), you should be in the dream.

When you realize you are in the dream finally, and can move, do a reality check to affirm it to yourself, and then your all set.
