      Question 1 MINUTE LD's.....help

Ok, here's what happened;I get lucid and after about a min i get a false awakening and lose control. However, this lucids are frequent i get them ether everyday or a day off and the next day and when that happends i get about 2 or 3 1 min lucids during the same night...AM NOT TOTALLY SURE HOW AM GETTING THEM SO OFTEN BUT IT THINK IT MIGHT BE THE CLAMATO CAUSE I REMEMBER DRINKING SOME THEN FALLING ASLEEP(but that doesnt explain the other days OR COULD IT BE THE LIPTON TEA CAUSE AM STARTING TO DRINK THAT CAUSE ITS GOOD! .If its not then i dont know but thats beside the point...What can i do to extent those lucids? ALSO, is there any possible draw backs to having frequent lucid dreams even if they are only a min..?or IS IT JUST A PHASE?

Do you get them in the night time or during naps?

The way to extend a dream is to try and stabilize it. Rub your hands together, focus on detail, or spin.

You're lucky you are at least getting lucid frequently. Good luck on trying o extend the dreams.

Are you getting excited? If you get too excited and your heart rate goes to high, then you will wake up, or end the dream. Also, and since it gives you FAs, you should RC whenever you wake up.

You stole Elis D's signiture, typed all caps, and used useless smileys.

When you first become lucid, take it easy for awhile. Dont run off to the nearest building and jump right away. Take It slow for just a couple minutes. And make sure to do RCs every time you wake up to catch those false awakinings.
      Total lucid dreams=88
