I average about 8 nights a month. But due to multiple lucids in one night, and possible naps, I'm going to up it to 9-12.

If that was an option, I'm sure it would be ahead in the polls.

The question is, how many do you recall?

If one had one, but forgot, one would have forgot about it, even when/if one had one...

      Go figure?

      There's no "0/Zero times a month" option?

I don't LD at all anymore.

Unless you count multiple lds in one night I don't think I ever exceeded 17 in one month.

I average 9-12 per month. Some months it's higher, some months it's lower, I've noticed a cycle.

Pretty much the same here. Just broke a dry spell so I'm pretty excited.

I do it naturally 1 to 4 times a month, I haven't been active on this forum in a year, so I really don't think about it unless I have one, I usually replay the lucid part over and over and think about how exciting it was, my past few I usually have a very difficult time believing that im dreaming, I have full control, but I laugh at the thought of me being in my bed asleep..then I do a test, my last one was throwing a wad of paper, it threw exactly the same as if in waking life. I couldn't tell the difference, I could also feel my muscle aches and my knees were bothering me as well, i just could not decide if it was reality or a dream.. weird huh? I have been a lucid dreamer for 7 years.
