      Try becoming non-lucid

Ok, I'm getting back to writing my dream journal and I think next time I get lucid (or maybe the second time, as I'd fly off the next moment of lucidity)
I'll try becoming non-lucid (don't ask me how), just to see...
It might me the hardest thing to do consciously while dreaming...you might want to try it...

I don't quite understand your logic. I'd rather not waste a perfectly good lucid on trying to lose lucidity. Whatever floats your boat I guess.

You can always get lucid again.

I think that it's a good idea. I wonder if you can consciously become unaware. I'd guess you can, but it does seem contradictorily hard.

That's an interesting concept. Try spinning until you can't spin anymore (e.g. you lose lucidity).

I love it when I recall being in "parallel realities"...
I know who I am, as I become...

try saying,"when I go around this corner, there will be a distraction to make me non-lucid."
What if I told you that I am dreaming right now?
That your whole life is a lie?
That the laws of physics as you know them are incorrect?

Furthermore, what would you do if I told you I'm going to wake up as soon as you finish reading my signature?

Also might want to try saying, "This isn't a dream!" repeatedly.

I tend to start losing my grip on lucidity in the midst of sex.
You might want to give a roll in the hay a try in your quest for killing lucidity. And even if it doesn't work at least you'll have gotten a lay out of it.

The easiest way to lose lucidity: to do the spinning in in a wrong way. It happened to me once that I did spinning without reminding myself that the next scene is going to be a dream. The result was quite hilarious, to say the least.

Do something repetitive like counting grains of sand or something, that's sure to take lucidity away.

I purposefully loose lucidity sometimes to make the dream more vivid if I haven't had any luck trying to "force" it. Plus, some dreams are just more fun non-lucid in my opinion.

There are many methods, but they are indeed hard to concept.

      1) Forget the fact that you're in a dream but focusing on something else. This happens easily because in a dream your memory seems to suck xD
      2) Go to sleep in the dream to induce a False Awakening
      3) Count until you lose awareness of space (hardest imo)

      and some others

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.

Having problem with waking up when waking up in dreams? Well.. Let yourself do it.. Learn from experience, not from a wish..
