'Creating' is always a possibility, but sometimes you just know that something came from your memory, there is this feeling that an expanse of information that has remained hidden is suddenly revealed all at once. There is certainly a feeling that the memory was already there, and now a pathway to it as been opened.

Just last night I had a lucid dream, but I was not satisfied so I tried to sommon some girl I like. The point is I somehow recalled while in the dream, when I saw her in school in the real world. While being in that lucid, I was able to remember how she looked that exact day. The summoning was a success!!!!!

Most importantly, any lucider can do this if he or she engages on some kind of daily recall. It's when basically you try to recall in your mind what you had perceived any of the past days. This will prove your dream recall aswell.

It's more or less been proven that if you learn something in an altered state of consciousness, you will remember what you learned best in the same state in which you learned it. So it would make sense that your best dream recall will be done while dreaming.

Well on several occasions I have woke up and recalled a dream that I -know- was from the past, sometimes I can even remember what was going on in my life at that time. I think I remember those during dreams also, and just forget about the dream waking up and recalling the old dream...I don't know, haven't been on here in a while.
