That's just a suggestion though. =P I have other ideas you might like to hear in the form a PM or maybe flashchat.
I think you should avoid things like dream stalkers. Not everyone has dream stalkers. I have avoided reading anything about them because I know that as soon as I read about them and what they are, they will start to show up in my dreams. That may harm dreaming for a lot of people, especially if they are at all scary. If this is more of a simulation, I'd say don't do that. If it's more of a game, in which case you'd need some villains to fight, I'd say go for it. I think it would be much more interesting so make the villain the dreamer's subconscious, though. Especially because there could be clues about the villain's identity throughout the game.

Theres free alternatives but they're really only good for making stick movies. I made this in Flash. I have ALOT of experience in the program even though I don't often finish projects (mainly due to the reason this got put to the side, art)

I'm gonna make it "populace friendly" meaning that I'm gonna avoid the touchy subjects or, at least, represent them in a way that would seem sane and that the average player wouldn't think twice about. For example, if you introduce a nameless, faceless villain early then only tell people what he is quite a bit later, they accept the explanation without thinking about it too much. So, you can slip in concepts that they would have otherwise outright rejected by slipping it in under the guise of gaming =O
