Heh, this sounds really awesome! Link won't work for me sadly. |

Oh man, I started this so very long ago then forgot about it. To make a long story short, it got put to the side because I had no artist and Joe (who was my main artist victim) had to much of a life to dabble around making flash games =O I've come back to it and said "screw the art, i'm gonna make it to completion no matter if it looks pretty or not" |

I have to give you on your efforts, at least your pushing forward. The artwork needs help, the characters are not so great and could use some major polishing or ///re-do. I think there's way to much text (and I have no complaints with reading) but Lucids are triggered by visuals cues. It started great with the lamp but then it just seem to get stuck in options. Keep at it though, at least you've actually completed something. Perhaps video training might be better than FLASH, just a thought! |

make sure you give it a second to load. |

haha fun idea, looks good. I especially love the way everything flickers when *you* realize you are dreaming. It really does look like that! btw is there a certain term/biological explanation for that? |

Wow this sounds like an interesting flash game! If I had any skill in making flash games I'd help you, but I only know how to write. If you need ideas and such just PM me and I'd be glad to give you some ideas, suggestions, and constructive criticism. Oh, when I saw the lucid crossroads I just got a chill go through my spine about how awesome it would be for you to put in something about dreamsharing and such. =P |

Hmm, all I had to do was refresh. It ended for me after I got all the skills to Level 2 and I met with that God looking guy. I can't wait to see what's in that mine place, =p. |

I think this would be great to show people who have never heard of the lucid dream concept before. |

I wanna be the very best
Like no one ever was
To lucid dream is my real test
To control them is my cause
Well, at some point you could introduce a villain that's a dreamstalker (aka a person who goes into people's dreams to absorb their energy and create nightmares instead). And then the hero needs to go into other people's dreams to confront and destroy them. That's just a suggestion though. =P I have other ideas you might like to hear in the form a PM or maybe flashchat. |

BLLAARRRGGG! You just spoiled the plot dude! =P |

This is such a cool concept - and not just for dreaming either. How in the world do you accomplish something like that?! Do you need to use flash, or are there any cheap/free alternatives? |
|
I think you should avoid things like dream stalkers. Not everyone has dream stalkers. I have avoided reading anything about them because I know that as soon as I read about them and what they are, they will start to show up in my dreams. That may harm dreaming for a lot of people, especially if they are at all scary. If this is more of a simulation, I'd say don't do that. If it's more of a game, in which case you'd need some villains to fight, I'd say go for it. I think it would be much more interesting so make the villain the dreamer's subconscious, though. Especially because there could be clues about the villain's identity throughout the game. |

Theres free alternatives but they're really only good for making stick movies. I made this in Flash. I have ALOT of experience in the program even though I don't often finish projects (mainly due to the reason this got put to the side, art) |

cool concept for a game, I got to the cloud city =D I like how you partially explain lucid dreaming in this game, maybe you could go even further in this |
