      Please stop by lucid dreamers :D

      Okay first of all, i'm gonna say i'm desperate for lucid dreams. Pro lucid dreamers, please post some tricks or anything related to LUCID DREAM!!.. yeaa umm shiit what was i gonna say... i try WILDing but i dont get HI or SP when i try reverse blinking at night.. Can anyone also tell me what alarms to put if i would sleep at 10pm, since REM sleep hits about 4.5, 6 and 7.5 hrs and we dream for i dont know how long.. its just to remember my dreams..? MUCH APPRECIATED! i am yet to experience a lucid dream!(btw my recall sucks monkey nuts, maybe i should lay off the bong..)

      Yup, first thing quit smoking pot. That quite efficiently kills recall.
      Then you will need to work on recall by starting a journal, and making sure that you keep telling yourself how important your dreams are.

      At first you will start to get just fragments, but keep thinking about those fragments during the day a lot, and get excited about the next nights dreams.
      After a while you should get some good dreams, and can then start trying to induce Lucids.

      If you like to party alot then smoke all the weed you can all from thurs to sat and dont sleep for about 3 days. Then when you finally sleep you will have alot of rem sleep built up. Be prepared to sleep in til about 1-3 pm and have lots of lucid dreams.

      This trick is for the diehard party people.

      Don't sleep for three days? I'd die if I didn't sleep for three days.

      Legend, work on your recall first and formost. A dream journal would be great for this but if you don't have the time you should find someone you know and trust to talk to about your dreams. The simple act of talking about your dreams can be enough to beef up your recall.

      It just that every time I have a crazy party weekend and dont get HARDLY any sleep I have alot of back to back lucid dreams all morning. I can just lay there and go in and out of lucid dreams all morninga and try all sorts of things.
      But it only works if you have a weekend where you dont get - hardly any - sleep.

      atleast for me.

      OMG thanks guys!! so i have a question, should i keep my DJ online cause at the moment im just writing in a notebook.. thanks for everything and keep em coming plz!

      Yeah, whatever is more comfortable for you. But I think it's more fun keeping a journal online. Because you can share experiences. And for me, it just looks a lot better than my crappy handwriting.

      I'd say just read up on the tutorials. Learn as much as you possibly can before you try to lucid dream, because it doesn't really work until you really learn what you can do with lucid dreaming. And of course, as a noob I thought I knew everything about LDing when I really didn't know very much. (not saying that's the case with you. Just sayin, it helps to read as much as you can, even if you dont think you need it)

      This does work. Probably doesn't need to be three whole days.
