Yup, first thing quit smoking pot. That quite efficiently kills recall.
Then you will need to work on recall by starting a journal, and making sure that you keep telling yourself how important your dreams are.
At first you will start to get just fragments, but keep thinking about those fragments during the day a lot, and get excited about the next nights dreams.
After a while you should get some good dreams, and can then start trying to induce Lucids.
