Thread: Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming

It's a great book, I've read it many times and keep a copy just for reference.

i'm still reading it and so far it's been very helpfull indeed

Own it, read it, I think it's fantastic.
Didn't help me have any more lucid dreams, but it did help me understand what lucid dreaming really was.
Now that I'm getting much better at having them, I'm looking forward to rereading the book with a better appreciation!

I have read it completely through once. I often read a chapter here or there, just when Im thinking of LDing.

I haven't read it yet but I'll read it this summer!

What is so good about it?

If it wasn't for EWOLD, you probably never would have heard of lucid dreaming. Like others have said, it's the LD bible.

It provides a basic foundation for understanding lucid dreams, as well as providing examples, practical techniques, and explorations of the possibilities inherent in lucid dreaming.
