Yes, tell your subconcious that you are going to remember to do a Reality Check in reality at what times you want to. Either that, or spend a while dedicating yourself into doing it.

You can also fix events into Reality Checking. For example, every time you turn on the light, do a Reality Check. Every time you go to the toilet, do a Reality Check. Every time you turn on your compueter, do a Reality Check. Every time a teacher is giving you a hard time, freak them out by doing a Reality Check.

Ok the last one isn't exactly appropiate and you don't have to do them all, as they're all just examples. It doesn't matter how many times you do it, it's all about getting your dream awareness into your head, and telling what is real, and what is not. Reality Checking is one of the only ways to check what reality you're in.
