How Much Have You Spent In Products?

I must sadly admitt that I'm not a Lucid Dreamer (yet), but I have read a lot about the topic. Through my 10 years search of controling my dreams, I have had few, but important experiences, and that's why I TRULY BELIEVE ON THIS)

I have also bought many many products (wich I'll detail in a further post) and I'd like to know that I'm not the only one by reading your comments.

PLEASE, don't write about experiences, nor the product's effectivenes.
Just write names and prices of Magazines, books, pills, electronic devices, courses, etc, etc, etc... (I hope it doesn't break any rule in Dream Views... if so, let me know about it)

Also, it would be great if you say WHEN did you get involved in this amazing world of LDing.

i dont totally believe in lucid dreaming the way that most people do on this site.. i believe that you can control your dreams but i dont think that you should, let your dreams carry you away

a lot of people will yell at me for this, sorry but thats what i believe
      i love dream interpretation thoguh!

I started learning about lucid dreaming last summer.

Those are the questions that you asked.....

I have a bottle of Vitamin B6, but I am not sure if it really works. Some days I take them and can't remember crap. Other days I take it and remember a lot. Other then that, I haven't spent anything.

novadreamer and the course in lucid dreaming.
I'm doing the course now but dont really wear the mask much. i love following any plan or course and have really strong self discipline.
It really does go off anytime your in rem sleep too.

I already take alot of supplemnets to but there mostly for my workout plan.
      Before bed:
I eat a little cottage cheese and a scoop of protein and vitamin c and e

I usually get about 1-2 lucid dreams a week, especially when I get woke up during the night due to noisy baby or our never stop barking dobermans! I never do reality checks.

My wife has about 1 lucid a month and she dont take the sups. She and I usually both have a LD when the noisy dogs wont stop though.

I bought Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming two years after having my first one. I think it cost $8. A year later I started actually paying attention to dream journals, RCs, and dream signs (all free!!!), and have had 8 LDs in April 08. I didn't have any for that three year period, but it all started again this year when I dedicated myself to reality checks and etc.

I don't know if other things would help my vividness or whatever, but I'd prefer not to spend the money since I am doing just fine without them!
