      Whats possible through Lucid Dreaming?

I'd like to know how Lucid Dreaming has influenced your conscious life?

In NLP & Hypnosis they believe the fastest way to change mentally is to send empowering messages to the sub-conscious.

So I wonder if its possible to mentally rehearse approaching women and starting conversations and using the energy from anxiety in a useful way.

To develop High Self Esteem, to develop strong & empowering beliefs of myself. To get over my fears by facing them directly consciously in real life and consciously while dreaming.

Can anyone here share what they believe is possible through the practise of Lucid Dreaming?

Are there limits that Lucid Dreaming can have on you?

Im also interested to hear about being able to experience things like euphoria in Lucid Dreams that continue on after you've woken up in the morning.

Is it possible to experience euphoria to the level that ecstacy supplies?

Is it possible to have COMPLETE control over your dreams and do whatever you want in them?

      Whats possible?

I'm not sure about your other questions but you can definitely have complete control over your dreams. I do quite a bit. I have fun with it. I direct the dream, I can bring specific people into the dream. It's amazing.

I'm interested in hearing people answer your other questions. Those would be something fun to learn to do.

      What's possible?

Ideally, in lucid dreams anything is possible.

As for it affecting your conscious life, I think it's possible to varying degrees. It depends on the person and his/her goals in regards to lucid dreaming. Someone who seriously set out to better themselves via LDs will most likely show more progress than someone who LDs merely for the thrill of it.

You should rather ask what's nót possible.

If you want it, you can dream it. That's the only rule there with Lucid Dreaming.

I think practicing control in your lucid dreams can help empower you to exert control on your real life. You can do anything you want in your dreams, but you can also do a lot more than you think in your real life. Taking chances, putting yourself out there, living each day to the fullest. I think the confidence and momentum gained in your dreams can carry over into your waking life.

It is also neat to find out that your subconscious mind does exist. Its eye opening to have a discussion with a person that is completely made up by your brain, and see how they react. See what they have to say. Sometimes they can even surprise you with information you thought you never knew. It really shows you that your brain is bigger than your day to day thoughts.
