      Dream recall problems

For the first 4-5 days, I could recall my dreams reasonable, I would get up from bed and reach out for my dream journal and write down everything I could remember, often staying in bed trying to remember more and writing down some more.

Then for the past 2-3 days, I can't recall anymore dreams, my mind is just blank when I wake up for a strange reason, and I can't remember my dreams ...

try setting your alarm clock to 4.5, 6, and 7.5 hours after you usually fall asleep,

they are around the time your Rapid Eye Motion stage is happening, wich is when you dream. You should be able to recall them more clearly once you wake up in the middle of the night, when your dream is followed immediatley by your alarm.

Dream recall behaves strange somehow. If i might suggest something, i would say. Lets give it a little pause, just to free your mind a little. Often it helps to have pause for about three days. When the mind is oversaturated with one task, it is often helpful to try another lucid dreaming skills. Lets say relaxation, perception...

Learning often moves in spiral. You advance in steps which can only incubate when you give them a little time. Even when you are having a pause, your skills continue to develop on their own in your subconscious.
