      Good aditude helps, but don't get too ahead of yourself. If you get too exicited, it wikk be hard to LD. But a good spirit is helpful

      i think i had a low level lucid dream. this proves positive attitude helps!!!!! and i will again tonight!!! i know it!!!!!!1
