      Very interesting article. I think the exercises may be useful. However I don't see anything about remembering a dream within the same dream. Instead it seems to be focused on breaking down the barrier between waking memory and dream memory so that you can remember your dreams after waking. I don't have any problem with that. After waking I'll remember every thought, feeling, and image as if it had really happened to me for clear lucids of up to about 15 min. I also don't have a problem recalling memories from being awake while dreaming. In fact I often remember things from the waking world better in my dreams than I do in reality.
