I used have them quite often(not every time, but often enough) when I wanted but I have lost it over time, and lack of dream journal. though I recently became active with it again and hope to have one damn near every time I try!!! |

To the people here who can have LDs at will, how long did it take to get to that level? I am not talking about naturals, I want to know from people who practiced from scratch. And what is everyones best method, I mean do you have more WILDS or DILD or whatever and which one is most vivid, realistic and an overalll "better" experience. |

Lucid Dream Journal
So many of our problems persist because we see them in only one way and keep beating our head against the same wall
Nice topic. |

I can switch Lucidity off and on in certain dreams. I don't think it requires any practice or method of doing this it just happens. However, a factor of this could be to do with mental state and how this effects your dreaming - for example I find depression increases my chance of being able to LD at will. Other than that I find that LDing can be either a hit or miss. |

I used to could WILD every time, it was pretty sweet. |

"I know that human beings and fish can coexist peacefully." - George W. Bush
I just remembered something... about 4 years ago there was one week where I could lucid dream every night... after that I just stopped dreaming. I don't remember what did I dream about, but I remember one being something about Xena - the warrior princess... (hahah )... GRRRrrr how did I do that?!?!? Damn it... |
