Meditation and realxation techniques are GREAT when attempting a WILD!

Controlling your thoughts during the day also helps both DILDs and WILDs (or any other type) to constantly immerse your thoughts during the day with the thought of dreaming. Always have that question "am I dreaming" in the back of your mind.

As you're going through your day, shopping, driving, etc. relate everything to the possibility of a dream, and how you would react if you discovered you were dreaming. This will REALLY help your frequency of LDs with any method.
