In the book Control Your Dreams (by Jane Gackenbach - bigtime dream researcher) , she describes people who used lucid dreams to train themselves athletically. In this sense, they were able to learn how to perfect or at least improve athletic skills in the dream-world that they then carried over into waking life. |
