      SP, Perhaps?

I think I did a WBTB the other day and I wend down to bed, where I was lying still, but I wasn't trying too hard, I was tired. But then, I think I felt mild vibs in my legs, but legs only. And it may have been the dryer, but probaballly not, because it was like 6AM. And I noticed that my legs felt heavy. And I tried to spread it to the rest of my body, but couldn't. And I was pretty calm, While I could still feel the vibs, I just gave up and was able to move my legs. So whs this SP, or is it my imagination?

Sounds like your body was falling to sleep, but didn't make it all the way. Keep at it.

when you wake from a dream make it a habit not to move. You should be in SP at this time.
      Is this what you felt?

try doing the 61 points technique in an afternoon nap one of these days. Its pretty cool, if you can get away from the noise distractions.
I never could enter the dream but could lay there fully paralyzed (crazy numb feeling) for about an hour or more if I wanted. It feels really cool. I even would hear myself start to snore occasionally.
