      The best WILD technique?

      So I was reading through all the tuts on how to successfully WILD, and it seems there are literally hundreds of ways you can wake-induce lucidity.

      What I was wondering is...for anyone who has ever WILDed before, or especially for anyone who frequently WILD's successfully, what is your favourite technique? What works best for you?

      I know everyone is different, but I'd just like to hear what methods really work the best for anyone who can, or has ever, WILDed.

      I like Adam's WILD tutorial. It is the closest to what I do. I use deep relaxation followed by tactile visualizations.
